Is this programme right for me?

Ideal for those looking to progress in their HR career and build the knowledge and skills needed to get started in this industry. It focuses on teaching the knowledge and skills required to gain a full-time position within People Practice 

Learners should be: 

  • Be either; employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months. 
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop. 
  • Be living in Greater London and have the right to live and work in the UK. 
  • Interested in seeking a career within HR  

HR skills you’ll gain

During the Entry to HR programme you will gain knowledge in: 

  • Using HR software to manage employee data 
  • Digital record-keeping and reporting 
  • Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reports and presentations 
  • Online collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack) 
  • Basic HR data analysis 

Knowledge gained

During the Entry to HR programme, learners gain a strong understanding of: 

  • HR fundamentals – understanding key HR functions and processes
