Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are structured training programmes, where you’ll learn a trade, skill, or profession by combining paid on-the-job training with classroom learning. We have live apprenticeships available with employers in sectors such as IT, digital, HR, renewable energy and more.

  • Earn money while learning

    • Gain hands-on experience

      • Funded by your employer

Who are they for?

Apprenticeships are available to anyone of any age – not just school leavers. They’re ideal if you’re returning to work, switching careers, or looking to kickstart your career in a new industry.

Early career

Completing an apprenticeship will provide you with the practical skills and qualifications that employers recognise and are looking for when hiring, along with experience of working in the role during your apprenticeship.

Returners

Returning to full-time work can be daunting after a period of unemployment or similar. An apprenticeship is a great way to get back into paid employment while learning a new skill or trade.

Career switchers

If you’re looking to switch careers to something new, then completing an apprenticeship is ideal to learn the skills required, build connections and add an industry-recognised qualification to your CV.
