Our range of Skills Bootcamps are designed to help you gain in-demand skills that lead directly to a job, an apprenticeship, or enhanced responsibilities in your current role. They’re also funded by the UK government, meaning there’s no cost for learners.

Who are they for?

Our Skills Bootcamps are ideal if you’re returning to work, switching careers, or looking to kickstart your career in a new industry.

Early career

Completing one of our Skills Bootcamps will provide you with the practical skills and qualifications that employers recognise and are looking for when hiring for entry-level roles.

Returners

Returning to full-time work can be daunting after a period of unemployment or similar. Power up your CV and confidence by completing a Skills Bootcamp and progress to an apprenticeship or other opportunities.

Career switchers

If you’re looking to switch careers to something new, then completing one of our Skills Bootcamps is ideal to learn the skills required and add an industry-recognised qualification to your CV.

Progression routes

Once you’ve completed a Skills Bootcamps, you will either be offered a job interview, an apprenticeship or other further learning opportunities.

Funding and how it works

Our Skills Bootcamps are funded by the UK government, meaning they’re available at no cost to learners providing you meet our eligibility criteria.

For employers, you’ll pay a small portion of the costs, which is often 10% for small/medium-sized businesses (SMEs with fewer than 250 employees), or 30% for larger employers.

  • Local resident in the area the bootcamp is being delivered

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Not in full-time education

  • Not currently enrolled in another bootcamp or similar training
