This course is ideal for anyone looking to start a career in IT Technical Support, IT Operations, or wider IT roles across the industry. Learners should be:

  • Aged 19+ 
  • Have the right to work in the UK 
  • Must reside in the Northeast area of England.
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop. 
  • Be either; employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.

During the Level 3 IT Technician programme you will gain knowledge in:

Knowledge gained

During the IT Technician programme, learners gain a strong understanding of: 

  • Computer hardware, software, and operating systems fundamentals
