Charlotte Jackson – Head of Talent

Charlotte leads Leep Talent’s recruitment and partnership strategy, overseeing talent solutions, Skills Bootcamp delivery partnerships, and employer engagement initiatives.

With a strong focus on commercial outcomes and long-term relationships, Charlotte works closely with employers to connect them with high-quality talent through both direct recruitment and Bootcamp pathways. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating opportunities that benefit both businesses and candidates alike.

Our Recruitment Team supports employers in securing top talent across permanent and contract positions.

We recruit across IT, Digital, Data, Infrastructure, Technology, and HR roles from entry-level appointments through to senior leadership positions. By combining market insight, technical understanding, and a consultative approach, we help businesses make confident hiring decisions that support long-term success.

Alongside supporting employers, we work closely with candidates throughout their career journey, offering guidance, insight, and support every step of the way.

 With 15 years at Leep, Sonia specialises in delivering candidates across diverse hiring needs. She builds trusted relationships with clients and candidates, with a strong focus on early careers and developing talent, ensuring consistent and high-quality outcomes. 

Harley Linsdell

Account Executive (Technology & MSP)

 Harley focuses on technology recruitment within MSP environments, supporting roles from 1st Line through to leadership. His technical understanding allows him to accurately match candidates to roles with confidence and precision.

Abdullah Mehmood

Account Manager (IT & Infrastructure)

 Ryan works closely with employers to open up opportunities for Bootcamp learners, helping them transition into meaningful and lasting careers through strong, collaborative partnerships.
