Position Overview:
Our Progressions Officers in our training team, drive candidates self-search and employability skills. They increase candidate activity and hold a fee generation focus via bootcamps outcome, ASF outcomes, FCFJ outcomes and apprenticeship starts.
You will manage all completed candidates in our bootcamp candidates to be proactive in self-sourcing outcomes, giving them the skills to be proactive in finding progressions. As a key focus of the role, you will offer training and support in areas like LinkedIn Profiles, Self-Search, Application Processes, Enhanced CV and Cover Letter Writing & Interview Preparation.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, delivering employability workshops, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Leep range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit.
This is a commercial and target focused role, you will be expected to convert learners into interviews but primarily placements.
Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:
- To deliver online and face to face employability sessions
- To generation of progression points for candidates
- Support candidates to undertake self-driven job search
- Track progressions into employment in bootcamps, ASF & FCFJ
- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To effectively cross-sell all aspects of Leep Talent
- To be a brand champion for Leep Talent
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Delivering of Sales Training
- New Business Tenders and Pitches
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
- You will be required to occasionally attend job fairs and industry networking events to develop key partnerships

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 p.a
