Position Overview:

Our Operations team plays a key enabling role across Leep Talent, supporting multiple business areas including Apprenticeships, Training, GDPR, and Recruitment. The team ensures the smooth and compliant delivery of core operational processes, playing an important role in supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to maintain a high-quality experience across our services.

As Operations Executive (Talent) you will be responsible for the acquisition of talent for Leep Talent. The Operations Executive (Talent) will have a passion for finding the best talent and elevating our company brand. You will build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, working closely with Leep Talent hiring managers and our agencies to successfully coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

In common with all staff:

  • To support the Leep Talent’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job descriptions are accurately formatted, consistent, and ready for advertising
  • Screen and shortlist candidates to assess suitability for roles
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate talent pool
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
  • Work closely with hiring managers and external agencies to coordinate recruitment activity
  • Issue weekly hiring updates to agencies, including live vacancies and relevant changes
  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer progression
  • Manage candidate communications and response handling throughout the recruitment process
  • Liaise with HR to ensure all onboarding and welcome documentation is issued to successful candidates
  • Support recruitment marketing activity, working with the Marketing team on internal hiring campaigns
  • Promote and enhance the company brand across social media platforms

Role Responsibilities (Other):

  • Complete enrolment administration for Bootcamp learners
  • Track learner attendance and escalate non-attendance
  • Generate registers at the appropriate times and monitor signatures for compliance
  • Order and distribute exam vouchers and related materials
  • Monitor and action the GDPR inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Support office management activities and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Support staff engagement initiatives (e.g. ordering prizes, booking events/lunches)
  • Input and maintain accurate data across Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Draft and issue recruitment terms and conditions documentation
  • Audit recruitment placements to ensure compliance and issue confirmations
  • Provide cover and support to other members of the Operations team as required
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and project support as needed

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent coordination
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office or operational environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM or similar systems to manage data and reporting
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Can manage senior stakeholders’ diaries
  • Ability to build effective relationships and manage expectations across a diverse stakeholder group
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in a people, talent acquisition, or operations role within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience within apprenticeship or bootcamp training provider environments, particularly in learner operations, programme delivery, or coordination
  • Familiarity with compliance-led processes (e.g. recruitment compliance, GDPR, audit processes)
  • Confidence working with data to produce reports, updates, or insights
  • Experience supporting internal engagement or culture initiatives
  • Experience working with external agencies or third-party partners
