Position Overview:
The role is to maintain and build relationships with potential self-funded learners. You will need to efficiently and expertly take them through Leep Talent’s sales cycle, confidently discussing and selling the range of digital and CIPD courses we offer, collecting payment and supporting them onto the programme. Post sale, you will be expected to maintain relationships with self-funded learners identifying opportunities for up and cross sells.
You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking initial sales calls from inbound enquiries, existing contacts in the business, supporting the Candidate Engagement Manager with marketing leads, conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the team with retaining candidates until they complete the programme.
Lead Driven – You will relationship manage and convert leads into programme starts.
Resource Driven – You will develop and maintain effective partnerships with referral and engagement organisations to increase candidate uptake, additionally you will proactively search and screen candidates across other departments in the business.
This is a target focused engagement position and will suit anyone who is focused on creating great outcomes for candidates and enjoys working towards and being recognised for achieving KPI’s.
Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:
- Achieving the budgeted KPI activity, including webinars, calls, meetings, and placing candidates on programme
- Managing candidate relationships to the highest standard
- Sourcing of candidates from a range of resources
- Confidently selling Leep Talent’s range of product and services and identifying appropriate upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sales cycle
- Ensuring a smooth enrolment and onboarding process for candidates
- Service calls for those on course, taking action where needed to assist retention.
- Providing accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipeline to team manager
- Maintaining accurately a database containing all the sales prospects and timely recording and reporting activity to management
- Liaising with the Marketing team around email campaigns, lead sources and website/brochure content
- Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Attending client meetings and events where appropriate
- Working with other people and departments to achieve company objectives
- Supporting team members if they need your help
Candidate Requirements:
Essential Skills
- Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a B2C sales environment, or a similar environment ideally selling educational courses
- Must have experience of working to deadlines, KPI’s and processes with effective prioritisation skills
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot
- Ability to deal with a diverse range of candidates in a professional manner
- Approachable, confident, motivational and solutions orientated
- Shows continuous drive & determination to succeed
- Ability to influence others for benefit of the business
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with work-based learning/education/private education
General Skills
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated, personable and able to adapt to differing situations
- A team player with an adaptable approach to work
- Commercially astute

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 p.a.
