Position Overview:
The role is to maintain and build relationships with potential Bootcamp & ASF candidates, screen them effectively for eligibility, suitability and support them onto the programmes. You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking CV consultations, online webinar presentations, 1-2-1 career advice and guidance and conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the training team with retaining candidates until they successfully complete the programme and gain employment through one of our outcome teams.
Lead Driven – You will timely manage generate lead applications through a robust process converting these into programme starts.
Resource Driven – You will develop maintain effective partnerships with referral and engagement organisations to increase candidate uptake, additionally you will proactively search and screen candidates via job boards and other channels.
This is an target focused engagement position and will suit anyone who is focused on creating great outcomes for candidates and enjoys working towards and being recognised for achieving KPI’s.
Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:
- Achieving the budgeted KPI activity, including webinars, calls, meetings, and candidates on program
- Managing candidate relationships to the highest standard
- Sourcing of candidates from a range of resources
- Screening candidates on eligibility and suitability to the ASF/Bootcamp programmes
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through selection process
- Ensuring a smooth enrolment and onboarding process for candidates
- Deliver online promotional webinars coordinating support from team members
- Conducting 1-2-1 career advice and guidance
- Service calls for those on course, taking action where needed to assist retention. Utilising the candidate survey results to assist struggling learners and supporting the team
- Providing accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipeline
- Maintaining accurately a database containing all the sales prospects and timely recording and reporting activity to management
- Liaising with the Marketing team around email campaigns, lead sources and website/brochure content
- Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Attending client meetings where appropriate
- Working with other people and departments to achieve company objectives
- Supporting team members if they need your help

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated, personable and able to adapt to differing situations
- A team player with an adaptable approach to work
- Commercially astute
