Position Overview:
We are recruiting a talented individual to join us to work full time in our learner experience team who supports the onboarding and induction of all apprentices for the first 12 weeks of their learner journey. We are looking for an individual who can provide an effective and innovative customer-centric experience to our apprentices.
This role requires the successful candidate to be trained and able to work across both the Onboarding and Learner Experience (LET) divisions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality learner journey from initial assessment and onboarding through to the end of the first 12 weeks. The postholder will play a key part in supporting assessment days, conducting onboarding interviews, completing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) processes, and providing early engagement and retention support.
Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
- To ensure that learners are fully enrolled on to their apprenticeship pathways effectively and efficiently adhering to the administration process and in line with enrolment targets.
- To plan, coordinate, and facilitate apprentice assessment days, ensuring that all candidates are appropriately assessed, documented, and progressed through the onboarding pipeline.
- To conduct onboarding interviews with new apprentices, verifying eligibility, identifying learner needs, and completing the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process accurately to ensure learners are placed on the correct pathway and level.
- Be confident in hosting and leading employer induction sessions, ensuring all relevant correspondence and documentation are issued quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Provide training to learners on how to use education systems such as OneFile, BKSB, learner management systems, Off the job training inputting
- To be the first point of contact for learner queries, answering or sign-posting as appropriate and to work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure efficiency and a smooth learner journey.
- To work with the scheduling team to ensure all workshop delivery and functional skills workshops are scheduled and dates communicated to both the learner and employer and track the Retention.
- Deliver an efficient and well organised administrative function that supports learner progress from enrolment through the first 12 weeks, proactively identifying and escalating any learners at risk or causing concern.
- To produce learner statistics and reports on a regular basis for analysis to management teams demonstrating the relevant information in line with set KPIS
- To ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained and always comply with relevant legislation and internal compliance and quality requirements.
- Be able to provide handover information to businesses coaches to ensure smooth continuation of the learner’s journey.
- Conduct regular reviews
- Be confident with Ofsted and ESFA requirements.
- Carry out any other tasks required by the company that are not specified above
