Position Overview:
You will grow and evolve our candidate attraction team (Skills Bootcamps or Adult Skills Fund) to deliver best-in-class learner starts across our funded programmes.
You will lead from the front in delivering your own individual targets, while supporting a team to achieve its overall target. You will work with other departments to help shape our learner attraction strategy, maintaining and strengthening our quality deliverables, regional engagement, and contractual success.
Leading the team to achieve core KPIs is essential. You will provide coaching, tools, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped for success. Continuous review and improvement of performance will be a central part of the role. You will work with the Head of in taking ownership of the marketing budget and spend plans aligned to our ever growing geographical and programme spread.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the continued growth of our Funded Training programmes. Everything you do will reflect the values and service that we have and complement our wider group strategy and brand.
Responsibilities
In common with all staff:

Role Responsibilities
Works as part of JIT Leadership team in:
- Achieving KPI’s in line with budgets – both individual and team, specifically learner starts into our Skills Bootcamps & ASF programmes.
- Working in conjunction with our Marketing department to forward plan all marketing learner attraction requirements. To propose, monitor and support the monitoring of new initiatives in new or more challenging locations.
- Working collaboratively with our Quality department in ensuring that our programmes are delivered in line with our high expectations and contractual requirements.
- Working collaboratively with our Funding departments in ensuring that our programmes are delivered in line with funding rules and regulations.
- Managing, supporting and performance managing our staff in line with our Company Vision and People Development Goals.
- Joining operational meetings as required.
- Delivering training as required to the team.
- Prioritising the successful delivery across our Funded contracts
- Delivering agreed ad-hoc projects as required
- The role will have individual and team targets in our candidate engagement (Skills Bootcamps and ASF) team

Salary: £37,500 – £42,500 p.a.
