Position Overview:
The role is to build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive new business sales of our CPD and Short courses in corporate settings. You will need to efficiently and expertly create business development opportunities from identifying the Ideal Customer Profile, building a new business pipeline and confident outreach discussing and selling the range of digital and CIPD courses we offer, collecting payment and supporting them onto the programme. Post sale, you will be expected to maintain relationships with clients identifying opportunities for up and cross sells.
You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking outbound calling campaigns, initial sales calls from booked meetings, conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the team with retaining candidates until they successfully complete the programme.
- Lead Driven – You will relationship manage and convert leads into programme starts.
- Resource Driven – You will develop and maintain effective partnerships with referral and engagement organisations to increase candidate.
- This is a target focused engagement position and will suit anyone who is focused on creating great outcomes for candidates and enjoys working towards and being recognised for achieving KPI’s.
- Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Leep Talent range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit.
Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
- To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
- To create B2B sales plan for new business outreach
- To build pipeline of leads and generate success from B2B sales calls
- To generate and enroll high quality candidates on various Short Courses
- To managing ongoing client relationships to the highest standard to cross and up sell
- To confidently selling Leep Talent’s range of product and services and identifying appropriate upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- To be a brand champion for Leep Talent
- Liaising with the Marketing team around email campaigns, lead sources and website/brochure content
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Supporting Senior Management with agreed duties
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
- Providing accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipeline to team manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a B2B sales environment generating New Business
- Must have experience of working to deadlines, KPI’s and processes with effective prioritisation skills
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot
- Ability to deal with a diverse range of candidates in a professional manner
- Approachable, confident, motivational and solutions orientated
- Shows continuous drive & determination to succeed
- Ability to influence others for benefit of the business
- Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
- Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
- Help integrate new starters into the business
- Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction
- Mentors and supports colleagues in achievement of their own personal goals
