About the role:
This role involves providing a professional Helpdesk service to prestigious legal firms across Central London, delivering high-quality technical support in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
In addition to day-to-day support responsibilities, there is the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, including system rollouts, infrastructure upgrades and deployments, as well as server migrations, offering valuable exposure to wider IT operations and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an individual who:

Has very clear enunciation

Is calm under pressure - you must be comfortable dealing with High level demanding individuals.

Has good knowledge of modern Windows and troubleshooting skills

Has good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - to assist others and troubleshoot

Is able to assist on Mobile device setups, migrations to new handsets etc.

Confident in Active directory / Entra and Microsoft exchange administration (Microsoft 365)

Is able to support with PC Migrations - migrating user data to new machines etc.
Desirable Skills:
-
Familiarity and troubleshooting of Apple Macs

Basic Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting etc).

Good experience of 365 / Intune / Conditional access

Experience in Mimecast / email filtering / SPF working knowledge
