National data offers valuable insight into the standards and success rates achieved by apprenticeship providers in the previous academic year. Commonly referred to as the “QAR” (Qualification Achievement Rate), this measure reflects the proportion of learners who successfully complete their programmes. It serves as a key indicator of performance across the sector to inform improvement and provide transparency for learners, employers, and stakeholders.
It is a useful guide to trends and benchmarking for Employer providers, Educators and small/and or complex training providers to be evaluated by, and for potential learners and companies to evaluate the options available to them to select the right provider.
Alongside the production of this national data, the new OFSTED Toolkit inspections are also taking place, replacing the previous approach from 4-5 years ago. Leep Talent (previously Just IT Training) has successfully concluded its own OFSTED inspection, and the full report is referenced in this blog.
We are classed as a “complex” provider which represents the size and scale of what we do across Adults Skills, Skills Bootcamps and of course Apprenticeships. This year alone we will be supporting 1000s of learners across these provisions.
Our ability to deliver this scale is always supported by ongoing investment in training with impact, how we positively impact learning, careers and lives.
Outcomes
Leep Talent delivered a QAR of 75.1% for the last academic year, up from 65.3% the previous academic year. This success reflected the huge investment we put into more innovative curriculum learning methods, technical Trainers and Coaches, wider support initiatives to lower barriers to learning for people who need additional help, and the ongoing embracing of highest standards in everything we do from our amazing staff.
The commitment to this standard will be represented by further success this year, our goal is to achieve 80% in Apprenticeships and 90% in adult skills. We are well on track to deliver this further cementing our position as one of the top national providers.
Key strengths highlighted by Ofsted
In February 2026, Leep Talent went through the new OFSTED evaluation following a new process to the previous OFSTED model using a new toolkit.
The new toolkit focuses on Safeguarding, Inclusion, Leadership & Governance, Achievement, Curriculum and Teaching, Participation and Development, Learner Voice and has a far more detailed focus in impact and progression of learning.
It is highly rigorous but serves as a strong barometer of the standards that a training provider should be focused on across all areas. It is also aligned with a revised reporting framework, moving away from the “Good” and “Outstanding” gradings of previous years. Instead, it establishes a notably high threshold, where achieving “Expected Standard” is widely viewed as being very hard to achieve.
As one of the first complex providers to go through it, it was a real eye opener in how much information gets evaluated. We are very pleased that achieved expected standards across all our provisions and a Strong rating in our Apprenticeship achievement.

Key strengths for us as highlighted by Ofsted
The below quotes have all been directly lifted from the report.
Inclusion: “Leaders effectively identify and review learners' and apprentices’ needs throughout their training. Staff thoroughly assess learners' and apprentices' starting points and use the information to devise helpful support plans. Staff regularly review support strategies and adjust these to meet learners’ and apprentices’ changing needs to help them make progress and achieve in line with their peers.”
Adult Learning Programmes: “A high proportion of learners on Skills Bootcamps have an interview at the end of the course. The proportion of learners who gain employment in the information technology sector upon completion is high. Learners are well prepared for their next steps into work or a higher-level programme of study.”
Achievement in Apprenticeships (Strong Standard): “Apprentices develop the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace and demonstrate a deep understanding of complex concepts. They rapidly apply the knowledge they have developed in workshop sessions to the workplace and reflect on the impact this has on their work. Employers value the knowledge they bring into their roles.”
Employer focused findings
A big part of this successful impact is through the support of the 800 plus clients we work with. Whether a company is an SME, public body or global giant they all express a similar focus on the importance of successful impact but how that is achieved may differ wildly between each company.
That is why Leep Talent is set up to deliver both standard and bespoke solutions, as one model doesn’t always fit into all businesses. For example, the needs of NHS trusts and the unique systems they use, need adaptations to make the learning worthwhile for them and for those working in retail face the challenge of not wanting loaded up learning from October to December because of the Christmas rush.
We believe a tailored approach is important to allow a specific organisation to succeed.
We also want to embed a range of solutions that answer ongoing challenges that companies continually face. For example, how to use learning to support and power early careers hiring, upskilling new hires, upskilling and retaining existing staff, and developing forward skills in line with world changes, AI being a prime example!
This is why we continually value the feedback our customers input into our curriculum by asking them how they can support and inviting them to roundtables to share ideas relating to the relevant market needs. It is a great opportunity to hear what businesses need and test the resilience of programmes in multiple sectors. Excitingly, that has led to the next launch in May 2026 of The AI and Automation standard (we are also excited to share we have another 4 new programmes in the pipeline).
This level of support and engagement can be seen in some highlighted wider data within the next section of this blog post.
Outcomes and Impact
Below is some of our key data lifted from our 2024 – 2025 report.
Learner Impact
“The primary reason I chose to get involved in Skills Bootcamps is the programme and brands outstanding reputation, Leep Talent (previously Just IT) have been around for over 20 years and deliver exceptional education. I was particularly impressed by the combination of rigorous 150+ hours of training and the unparalleled professionalism exhibited throughout the process.
Additionally, the progression team’s extraordinary support in helping me secure my first role in the tech industry made it clear that I made the right choice” - Ausarina Indequi, Learner on our Skills Bootcamp in IT Technician
Employer Impact
“Apprenticeships enable us to ‘grow our own’ who are invested in our Trust values, our Patient care and ways of working. Apprenticeships allow us to recruit new local people into the workforce which has a positive effect on the diversity of our workforce, meaning that our workforce is more reflective of the patients we serve, this has a positive effect on patient delivery and care.
Data Apprenticeships and the skills they bring in individuals are saving time and resource and bringing about new ways of working within the NHS and equipping individuals with skills that are needed and for the future. Recruiting Apprentices can also save time and resource by target areas like the Data bootcamps we used with Leep Talent.” - Laurence O'Sullivan-Whiting, Workforce Development Lead at Great Ormond Street NHS
Our areas of improvement and plans
Over the past three years, our apprenticeship provision has delivered a sustained and measurable transformation, underpinned by an uncompromising focus on performance, quality, and accountability. Through the strategic use of data, we have strengthened our ability to identify risk early, intervene with precision, and continuously evolve our delivery model to better serve both learners and employers. This has translated into sharper progress monitoring, consistently high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and a culture where high expectations are not just set, but embedded at every level of the organisation. The impact has been significant, with marked improvements in timely achievement, learner retention, and overall quality metrics, firmly establishing our provision as a leading performer within our sector.
This progress has been driven not by isolated initiatives, but by a cohesive and collective commitment to continuous improvement, supported by strong, value led leadership. By investing in our people, refining our curriculum intent, and ensuring operational delivery is tightly aligned with strategic priorities, we have built a provision that is both agile and resilient. Cross-team collaboration has been instrumental, alongside a clear balance of accountability and support that enables individuals and teams to perform at their best. While achieving a position among the top providers is a notable milestone, our focus remains firmly on building on this success further elevating learner outcomes and delivering consistently high-quality, impactful apprenticeship experiences.
What this means for employers
In a crowded marketplace, our strong Ofsted report and 24/25 QAR ratings and OSFTED reports provide the evidence you need to move beyond promises and focus on proven outcomes. High Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) are the ultimate indicator of a provider’s reliability, ensuring your staff are supported to the finish line rather than becoming a 'drop-out' statistic that wastes both time and funding. These impact statements reflect a curriculum and coaching support system that is designed not just to meet standards, but to solve specific business pain points and sharpen your competitive edge. By choosing a provider with verified, top-tier results, you are securing a partnership that prioritises your workforce’s tangible growth and your organisations bottom line.
