Choosing the right training provider is an important decision. Whether you're investing in apprenticeships, upskilling your workforce or supporting future talent, you need confidence that your training partner will deliver real results.
While an Ofsted inspection provides valuable independent assurance, it is only one measure of quality. Learner achievement, employer feedback, progression outcomes and a commitment to continuous improvement all help paint a more complete picture of the value a provider delivers.
At Leep Group, our latest Ofsted outcomes, national performance data and long-standing employer partnerships demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality training that benefits both businesses and learners.
Leep Group brings together specialist organisations that support people at different stages of their career journey.
Leep Talent delivers apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and professional training across digital, AI, IT and HR, helping employers develop the skills their organisations need today while preparing for the future.
Back to Work delivers employability and adult learning programmes, helping individuals build workplace skills, overcome barriers to employment and progress into sustainable careers.
While each organisation has its own area of expertise, both share the same goal: delivering high-quality training that creates meaningful outcomes for learners and lasting value for employers.
Our recent Ofsted outcomes provide independent recognition of the quality of our training, learner support and commitment to improvement.
Back to Work received positive recognition for the impact of its programmes, the support provided to learners and its focus on continuous improvement.
Inspectors highlighted a “calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment where learners feel safe and respected. Tutors also provide structured teaching and clear guidance, helping individuals build knowledge over time and improve their work.”
Leep Talent achieved the Expected Standard across all assessed areas, with inspectors recognising the impact apprentices are making within their organisations. As highlighted in the report:
"Apprentices develop the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace and demonstrate a deep understanding of complex concepts. They rapidly apply the knowledge they have developed in workshop sessions to the workplace... Employers value the knowledge they bring into their roles."
This reflects what we aim to achieve across Leep Group: ensuring learners leave with practical skills, confidence and the ability to make an immediate contribution in the workplace.
These outcomes are a testament to the dedication of our tutors, skills coaches and support teams, who work closely with learners and employers to deliver training that makes a genuine difference.
For employers, choosing a training provider is about more than compliance or qualifications. It's about finding a partner that understands your organisation, aligns training with your business objectives and helps develop the skills your workforce needs to succeed.
Strong employer partnerships are central to how we deliver training. By working closely with businesses, we ensure our programmes remain relevant, practical and responsive to changing industry demands. Regular employer feedback helps shape our delivery, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, behaviours and technical skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
This collaborative approach not only supports learner success but also helps employers improve capability, strengthen talent pipelines and invest confidently in workforce development.
While Ofsted outcomes provide valuable external validation, they are only part of the story.
Performance data offers further evidence of the impact our programmes are having. At Leep Talent, our latest Qualification Achievement Rate (QAR) increased from 65.3% to 75.1%, reflecting continued improvements in learner achievement and programme delivery.
Back to Work also continues to deliver positive outcomes, supporting individuals into employment, further learning and long-term career opportunities.
When considered alongside employer satisfaction, learner progression and achievement rates, these measures provide a far more meaningful picture of quality than any single inspection outcome alone.
We are proud of the recognition achieved across Leep Group, but we know that maintaining high standards requires continual investment and improvement.
Every learner survey, employer conversation, performance review and inspection provides valuable insight into how we can continue to strengthen our programmes and the support we provide.
By investing in our people, listening to employer feedback and responding to changing workforce needs, we continue to develop training that delivers lasting value for businesses, learners and the wider economy.
Ultimately, quality is about more than an Ofsted judgement. It's about helping employers build skilled, confident workforces and supporting learners to develop the knowledge and confidence they need to progress in their careers. That's the standard we continue to strive for across Leep Group.
